                Reservation Policy

   Check In: 3:00 p.m.  Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

1. You must be at least 25 yrs old to book a reservation.

 

2. Security Deposit - $250 security deposit is required for 1st time renters. This will be returned  if no serious damage has occurred.

3. You cannot book a reservation for anyone else. If you are booking a reservation, you must be staying for the nights you booked. 

4. There is a 2 night minimum.

5. Half of the Total Amount ( Rental + Cleaning Fee) is due at the time of the reservation. The balance is due within 30 days of the start of your reservation. 

6.  Forms of payment include: Check, Money Order, Venmo (@laura-kaiser57), Zelle (3sbeachhouse1@gmail.com), PayPal (3sbeachhouse1@gmail.com), Cash, and Visa & Master Card (3% processing fee for credit and debit cards)

7. There is a 3% price increase for the use of a credit or debit card for the rental and cleaning fee.

 

8. A Rental Agreement will be sent via email after your initial payment is received.

                    Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund - Cancellation 61 days before the start of your reservation. 

2. 75% Refund - Cancellation 31 days before the start of your reservation. 

3. 50% Refund - Cancellation 14 days before the start of your reservation. 

4. 25% Refund - Cancellation 7 days before the start of your reservation. 

Pets

No pets/animals of any kind are permitted .
